We want you to absolutely love your new shoes! But if something isn’t quite right — don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

You can return or exchange your Smart Shoes within 7 days after delivery if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or wrong size.

• The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

🩰 How to Request a Return:

1. Contact us at smartshoes1971@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days.

2. Mention your order number and reason for return.

3. Our team will guide you through the simple process.

📦 Refund / Exchange:

• Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds (if eligible) are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

💡 Note: Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of wear or have been used.
